Photographer & Director
Maja Lumholt is a photographer, videographer, and director from Copenhagen, currently based in Amsterdam. Her practice moves between fine art and commissioned work, shaped by a tender eye for the up-close and intimate.
Through a tactile sensitivity to texture, colour, and light, she seeks the overlooked and the in-between moments that carry their own magnetic presence. Working across still and moving images, Maja draws on a background in visual art, printing methods, and installation, giving her work a distinct material presence.
